  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are only valid once acknowledged by our team.

  • If the project has already started, any cancellation will be subject to charges based on the amount of work completed.

1.2. Cancellation by DigitalTree Solutions

  • We reserve the right to cancel a project in rare cases such as:

    • Non-payment or delayed payment

    • Lack of cooperation or required communication

    • Violation of terms or inappropriate conduct

  • Any eligible refundable amount will be processed as outlined below.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation before the project has started

  • Inability to deliver the service as outlined in the agreed scope of work

  • Duplicate or excess payment made in error

2.2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after project commencement

  • Delays caused by client-side inactivity or lack of communication

  • Services involving third-party tools, plugins, domains, or hosting

  • Completed services including consultations, reports, SEO, or digital marketing campaigns

2.3. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued. This will be calculated based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

3. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, please email contact@digitaltree.co.in with your order or project details and reason for refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original mode of payment.
